Want to get back in touch with your very own Self, and take the afternoon and/or evening off, for creative intimate Self Encounters without orgasm agendas?
This online course is for you, and you can follow it in your own time. The six module structure has text, videos, instructions, and questions for self enquiry.
In many cultures, the Vulva (= external female genitals) is sacred, and a source of great power. In the Western world however, this is not the case.
Vulvas have shapes and structures that remind us of sacred geometry, particularly the Mandorla - shapes that have powerful impacts. When we part the labia, to gaze into the depth, they look just like the mysterious opening of flowers, which can be trance inducing, in their richness, colouring, and structures.
This course creates a safe contained space to learn about our vulvas in an embodied way, and then gaze at our outer genitals with the help of a mirror, and acknowledge the beauty and mystery of this unique body part. I invite course participants to keep in mind, or draw, a few intriguing details of their own vulvas.
In the second part of the course you can use those details to make vulvas from salt dough or modelling clay, with artistic liberty, of course!
In the last module, you can find a few easy ways to make the shape, and then fill it in just as you like, adding a few details you may want to include.
In this online course you can:

A short anatomical revision/overview. Can you name the parts of the vulva? What are we looking at? This will lead us into an embodied exploration (without intimate touch). Can we actually feel the structures we just named, just using breath, muscular contraction, movement and sensation?
Intrigued by your vulva? in the second part of this workshop we will become creative, and translate it into sculpture, following a few basic steps. Trust your intuition, and be aware of artistic liberty - this is not meant to be an exact replica.
