Week 4

How can porn be integrated into mindful self-pleasuring? How to make use of our senses?

Week 5

Anchoring yourself in Pleasure is a nice way to approach Edging. Enjoy! 

Week 7

This is the wildest practice so far, where you can bring all your skills together, into full expression. Enjoy!
